At El Roi Wellness we seek to promote healing in the lives of our clients, utilizing the natural and supernatural resources in the world around us, in partnership with the natural pathways of healing in the human body. Furthermore, we seek to educate our clients and the community at large on the mind-body connection and health and wellness in these areas.
Services we offer
Massage Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy in which the therapist uses plastic, silicone or glass cups to pull/lift and open/expand the soft tissue in specific areas of the client's body, with the purpose of increasing vasodilation in those areas via suction. This type of therapy is primarily used to aid in pain relief and is sometimes integrated into deep tissue massage.
Cupping Therapy
During a relaxation massage the therapist uses primarily Swedish techniques to apply massage cream (or oil, if needed) with smooth and gliding strokes. The therapist then uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and bring the client to a state of relative peace.

Craniosacral therapy uses gentle touch manipulation of the skeletal system, in partnership with the meninges and cerebrospinal fluid, to provide pain relief, relaxation and improved emotional well-being.
Craniosacral Therapy
During Hot Stone massage, smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil and used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, who utilizes Swedish massage techniques during the session to bring about relaxation. The therapeutic effect of heat is deeper muscle relaxation, and hot stone massage provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
